 ELIGIBILITY

Only individuals who are over the age of 18 and who are able to enter into legal agreements are welcome to use our services. Our services are not targeted towards minors in any way. Young persons under the age of 18 who choose to use our Youth Program must use the program under the guidance of a parent/guardian. We do not offer services for anyone under the age of 13, and do not specifically target our services to anyone under the age of 13.  If you know or suspect any individual under the age of 13 to have used or be using this website, please contact nicole@hustle-well.com

PAYMENT

We accept payments through Paypal, Stripe, and Practice Better.

REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with our services, your only recourse is to cease using the services.  If you have signed a Coaching Agreement, and decide to cease using the services, you will not receive a refund. If the Coach cancels the Coaching agreement, you will only be responsible for the pro rata share of the services received. 

There are no refunds on digital products that can be downloaded, viewed, copied, or stored in an electronic format.

 INTERNATIONAL USE

Our company is domiciled in the United States of America, but our services are available to persons living outside of the United States because of the global nature of the internet.

We, however, do not guarantee that our provided service is suitable or available for use in your country or area of jurisdiction.  Users who use our website from locations both within and outside of the United States do so at their personal risk and are fully responsible and answerable for compliance with all applicable local laws.

These terms of service are administrated by United States laws, specifically, the laws of the State of Rhode Island, and you consent to submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
